ProHydro Returns Policy

At ProHydro, we strive to provide the best quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our Returns Policy below:

 

1. Returns for Faulty Goods

We accept returns for faulty goods only. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not working as intended, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please provide the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the fault or damage

  • Photos of the faulty goods (if applicable)

Once we have received your return request, we will review it and provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty product. If the product is verified as faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

 

2. No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose your items carefully before making a purchase.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a faulty product, ProHydro will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

 

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
